mdoc implementation of the unified credential lifecycle traits.
MdocLifecycle implements CredentialIssuer, CredentialVerifier, and
CredentialPresenter for the ISO 18013-5 mdoc format. Predicates are not
supported and return UnsupportedPredicate.
